Installing Inspectlet
Installing Inspectlet requires you to copy and paste a simple Javascript code into the footer of your website. This requires little to no technical skill and can be done within a few minutes. Check out this article for a walkthrough on Installing and Configuring Inspectlet.
You can tag screen captures to make sorting through numerous screen captures easier. Tags are useful for marking sessions where users exhibited interesting behavior, made it to the checkout page, encountered an error, etc. For more information, see tagging screen captures.
Custom Metrics
The Custom Metrics API makes it dead simple (no more than 2 lines of code) to feed Inspectlet your own data about anything you want. This enables you to take advantage of Inspectlet's realtime data collection capabilities for any information important to you. Since there is an API for both the client as well as the server, you can track anything from user page interaction to categorization of visitors to server side statistics. Also, be sure to check out the Custom Metrics Documentation for information and examples.
